Official confirmation and copies must come from the county custodian, New Jersey Department of Corrections, State Parole Board, Judiciary, BOP, ICE, or other issuing authority.
Custody Meaning
A missing roster entry does not establish community release. A transfer is not discharge, eligibility is not a grant, a projected date is not a completed event, and Date Out-of-Custody does not prove supervision ended. Urgent safety concerns belong with 911 or the proper authorities. Victim-notification questions belong with official VINE or agency victim services.
